Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Legends Gallery is committed to your total satisfaction.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a complete refund within 14 business days of purchase date.  If the item(s) have been damaged during the shipping process, please contact Legends Gallery immediately using the phone number or email address provided below. All Legends Gallery shipments are insured. Legends Gallery proudly offers UPS Shipping on all orders.

To qualify for credit towards an exchange or to have your credit card refunded, all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused/unworn condition. The original tags and/or stickers (where applicable) must be intact and in the exact condition that they were in when the item was shipped from Legends Gallery.  Items deemed worn, used, dirty or that are missing tags will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense and a refund will not be issued. The condition of returned items is determined solely at the discretion of Legends Gallery. Legends Gallery goes to great lengths to insure that every package is delivered to precisely the address requested by the purchaser.

Legends Gallery does not ship to P.O. Boxes and is not responsible for address errors made by the purchaser. Once your item is ready to be shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. For your convenience, please be sure to retain your shipment tracking number.

Before returning an item, please contact the Legends Gallery customer service department to obtain clear instructions on how to handle your return. Items returned without prior approval from the Legends Gallery customer service department, will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
